After placing your order, we'll create a mock-up and send it to you for approval within 48 hours. Your order won't be printed until we have your final approval. If you'd like any changes, simply let us know, and we'll provide an updated mock-up until it's perfect.

Since each flag is custom-made to your exact specifications, expect to receive your flag in 3-4 weeks. We prioritize swift production and shipping, but crafting the perfect flag takes time.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made specifically for you, ensuring a unique and personalized experience.

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
